The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Affordable Payment Plans
We are happy to work with you to make your dental care as affordable as possible, but as a matter of policy, Commonwealth Dental Group requires payment by the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care received. For major restorative procedures including: crowns, bridges, implant restorations, porcelain veneers, dentures and partial dentures, we require 50% at the 1st appointment and the balance by the last appointment. For large cases involving multiple teeth, other arrangements can be made and agreed upon before treatment is started.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans.
For patients with dental insurance, we will submit to all major plans and we are a participating provider with Delta Premier, Plus Premier and Blue Cross, Blue Shield Dental Blue of Massachusetts. If you are a member of a different PPO, although most plans will provide coverage for out of network providers, please check with them to confirm how your specific plan works. We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and as a convenience to you, will directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. However, please keep in mind that your dental insurance policy is a contract between your employer and the insurance carrier to which we are not a party to, therefore it is the patient who is ultimately responsible for payment. You should also be aware that dental insurance does not always cover all services to the same extent. There are hundreds of plans and each one is unique in it’s scope and coverage. If you would like to know what your coverage will be before we begin treatment, we are happy to submit a pre-determination form to your carrier. Our philosophy is to provide you with the best possible care regardless of the limitations of your insurance plan. Please take the time to educate yourself about the details of your specific plan and feel free to discuss with your doctor any questions or concerns you have regarding your treatment.
